Cooking With An Electric Wok
It is not surprising to see an electric wok in the modern kitchen. With no gas fumes to inhale, the electric wok is very user-friendly. With preset temperature controls, even the first-time cook will have no trouble using the electric wok. With the proper cutting and preparation of the ingredients before the actual cooking starts, all the cook has to do is just to adjust the correct temperature of the wok and then put in the ingredients one by one. A very important aspect of wok cooking is controlling the temperature. High heat is needed to stir-fry so as to get the right texture, flavor and aroma.
